Axion Bites was born from the union of three professionals who, after working in different fields, decided to follow their true passion: gastronomy. We met at the Basque Culinary Center, where we discovered not only a shared vision, but also the conviction that gastronomy can be an engine of experiences, profitability and transformation.
Today, Axion Bites is a multidisciplinary team with real experience in kitchen, dining room, management, creativity and business strategy. We have worked in high-end kitchens, led openings, optimised operations and built purposeful brands.
